It perfectly fulfills full-process requirements of smart mirror glass: special shape cutting, contour milling, edge grinding, precise drilling, notch cutting and surface polishing. It handles all kinds of irregular smart mirror profiles including round, oval, pentagon, diamond and free-form customized shapes, widely used for bathroom smart mirrors, hotel intelligent mirrors and household vanity mirror production.
This CNC glass work center adopts heavy cast iron for bed, column and beam structure, delivering ultra-high rigidity and anti-vibration performance. It is equipped with 3-axis linkage system, servo motor drive and imported high-precision linear guide rails and ball screw transmission. Positioning accuracy reaches ±0.01mm, repeated positioning accuracy within ±0.005mm, ensuring perfectly matched hole position and contour dimension for sensor holes, wiring holes and mounting cutouts of smart mirrors. After fine edging and mirror polishing, the glass edge achieves burr-free, smooth and transparent effect with excellent surface finish, fully meeting the high-standard appearance and assembly requirements of smart mirror products.
Equipped with self-developed ergonomic proportional handheld controller, operators can easily control, debug and set processing parameters in a more comfortable way. It supports fast positioning, fine tuning and one-click reset, greatly simplifying mold setting and program debugging for irregular smart mirror shapes.
We adopt high-strength, long-service-life vacuum suction cups specially configured for smart mirror thin glass. The stable adsorption firmly fixes the mirror panel without sliding, shaking or surface indentation during high-speed cutting, milling and drilling. It guarantees processing safety and keeps the mirror surface intact without scratches.
Designed with double station layout, it allows loading two pieces of smart mirror glass at the same time. After finishing the first piece, the machine automatically repositions for continuous processing of the second one. It effectively eliminates idle waiting caused by manual loading, greatly improves continuous production efficiency and output for glass factory mass production.
This all-in-one CNC glass processing center realizes automatic one-cycle processing of cutting, milling, edging, drilling and polishing for both flat and irregular smart mirror glass. One machine replaces multiple traditional devices, saving workshop space and investment cost, ideal for smart mirror batch production and customized order processing.
